Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in the Austin area to deliver personalized, in-home demos and tech delivery, driving customers to adoption of the latest services. You’ll start with paid training and a structured path to earn uncapped commissions; starting salary ranges from $51,200 to $100,000, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and milestone payouts.

Expect a 40-hour week with evenings, weekends, and holidays; a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• You will drive field-based sales through scheduled home visits.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
