DC Pines Roofing in Houston, TX is seeking an Elite Field Marketing Representative — Senior Position to lead by example in our field marketing team. You will generate qualified appointments, canvass neighborhoods, and mentor new hires to build confidence and performance in the field.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $55,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule 1:30 p.m.–8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Extensive, recent door-to-door canvassing experience with a demonstrated record of generating results.
• The judgment, initiative, and consistency to perform at a senior level with minimal day-to-day oversight.
• The ability to explain your approach, demonstrate it consistently, and help someone else learn it.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with homeowners and teammates.
• Confidence handling objections and maintaining momentum through rejection.
• Patience, accountability, and an encouraging coaching style.
• Comfort balancing your own production with new-hire shadowing and field support.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work outdoors and walk assigned neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Produce in the field. Canvass assigned neighborhoods, engage homeowners, introduce DC Pines' services, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team
• Lead new-hire shadows. Take members of our incoming training classes into the field so they can observe your approach, hear real homeowner conversations, and learn through live experience
• Coach through demonstration and practice. Model effective introductions, relationship building, objection handling, and appointment setting. Give new team members opportunities to practice with clear, constructive feedback
• Help new hires ramp up. Reinforce training, answer questions, and help team members build the confidence and habits needed to work independently
• Set the example. Demonstrate the consistent effort, professionalism, resilience, and accountability expected of a senior team member
• Strengthen field teamwork. Encourage teammates, share successful approaches, and help create an environment where people stay engaged and learn from one another

DC Pines Roofing is looking for an experienced door-to-door professional for a senior-level field marketing position. This role combines strong personal production with hands-on mentorship, helping our newest team members build confidence and succeed in the field.

As a senior member of our field marketing team, you'll be expected to lead by example, consistently generate qualified appointments, and set a high standard for professionalism and performance. You'll host new-hire shadows, demonstrate effective techniques, and bring the energy and experience that help the entire team improve.

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission and bonus opportunities
• Monday-Friday: 1:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m
• Tuesdays begin at 10:00 a.m. in the office, followed by field work through 8:00 p.m
