Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with formal EP training.
• Completion of an approved Executive Protection/Residential Security Academy.
• Successful completion of a Physical Readiness Test and Meet-and-Greet evaluation.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and random drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a visible security presence for executives, staff, and guests with strong customer service.
• Respond swiftly to threats, including active shooter scenarios.
• Conduct advance work, secure transportation, and provide close protection in various environments.
• Monitor security systems, enforce access control, and perform regular sweeps.
• Collaborate with security teams, facilities, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Prepare timely incident reports and communicate with leadership.
• Operate in a hybrid capacity across EP and Residential Security Team assignments.
