Crisis24 – PSG is seeking a mission-driven security professional to provide executive protection for clients and staff in high-profile environments across the United States. You will maintain a visible security presence, coordinate with client teams, and deliver exceptional service under pressure.

This role requires a California BSIS Guard Card, CPR/BLS, and a disciplined mindset. You’ll perform threat assessments, manage access, and support emergency responses while upholding strict

Qualifications

• Guard card required in California
• CPR/BLS certification required or preferred
• Discretion, integrity and professionalism must be demonstrated

Responsibilities

• Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
• Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
• Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
• Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
• Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
• Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
• Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
