Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Security Manager, Executive Protection to develop and manage Executive Protection programs as part of the Security management team. You will oversee armed/unarmed guard forces, security design, threat assessments, travel planning, secure transportation, medical support, and incident response with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/law enforcement experience.
• 5+ years in corporate security, event security, law enforcement, or executive protection.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role with people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive threat assessments and risk analyses for clients' lifestyle, travel, and activities.
• Provide physical close protection at residences, workplaces, and events.
• Plan advanced logistics: secure routes, venue inspections, and coordination with local authorities.
• Oversee armed/unarmed guard forces and risk-based security design.
• Coordinate with HR/IT security on identity management and investigations.
