Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned security professional to join our Corporate Security team in Baltimore, MD or Washington, DC. The role focuses on executive protection, secure driving, counter-surveillance and complex investigations to safeguard people, property and reputation.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree or 12 years of related experience, 10 years in law enforcement or equivalent, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 12 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 10 years of law enforcement experience with a medium to large agency or equivalent private investigative experience.
• Ability to obtain concealed carry permits as necessary.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain LEOSA qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide secure driving and protective services for senior executives.
• Conduct complex investigations and maintain confidential records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement at various levels.
• Support security for campuses and major events.
• Provide risk mitigation recommendations to management.
