Job summary

Travel within the bank's footprint (and internationally as needed) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years relevant work and/or military experience.
• Experience providing security services for corporate events.
• Experience working with C-suite executives in executive protection recommendations.
• First Aid, CPR and AED certified (or willing to obtain within 3 months).
• Possess a valid U.S. Passport and ability to travel as required.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills.
• Ability to obtain CCW permit and Armed Guard Registration as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats to executives.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and third parties to ensure venue security.
• Proactively plan and execute security strategies for executive protection at events and boards.
• Coordinate threat intelligence and travel security with internal security.
• Ensure safety of executives and guests with law enforcement and first responders as needed.
• Operate security checkpoints, access control, and emergency response procedures.
• Develop and maintain security plans, incident reports, and after-action briefings.
• Report to Chief Security Officer and senior leaders to track status and compliance.
• Organize training sessions for security personnel on best practices and emergency response.
• Assist in policy/procedure updates for daily operations and events.
• Staff the Corporate Security Operations Center during significant events as required.
