Qualifications

• 10+ years in a full-time certified law enforcement officer role (Federal/State/Local all encouraged).
• HR-218 (LEOSA) or CA CCW eligibility is ideal.
• 10+ years of close protection/executive protection for high-net-worth or at-risk clients; experience in Residential, Corporate, Technology, or PSD.
• 10+ years of Special Operations (SOF) military experience – all branches welcome; CIA GRS experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Secure transportation including defensive and evasive driving.
• Threat and risk assessment to develop mitigation strategies.
• Advance planning: reconnaissance, secure routes, emergency plans.
• Close protection during travel and events.
• Crisis management with rapid, decisive actions in emergencies.
• Liaison with law enforcement, authorities, and venue staff.
• Surveillance and counter-surveillance to deter threats.
• Residential protection: monitor site via command center tech and control access points.
