Job summary

PFC Safeguards, INC is seeking an Executive Protection Agent in San Francisco, CA. This role joins a Quick Response Team providing crisis prevention, intervention, and protective support for client personnel, leadership, and customers.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SWAT or equivalent tactical experience, strong decision-making under pressure, and a valid CA weapons permit along with BSIS guard credentials. Comprehensive benefits and a structured training path are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Extensive law enforcement/public safety or security ops background preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years documented SWAT or equivalent tactical experience.
• Basic technical and tactical shooting skills.
• Tactical first aid and emergency medical response training required.
• Valid California Concealed Weapon Permit.
• BSIS Guard Card and firearm permit valid in California.
• Valid driver's license throughout employment.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• LEOSA or HR218 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis prevention, intervention, and emergency response support.
• Protect client personnel including executives, employees, and customers in a dynamic urban environment.
• Conduct threat assessments, site surveys, advance work, and real-time monitoring.
• Respond rapidly to threats and security incidents.
• Provide tactical first aid and emergency medical response as required.
• Operate and safely carry an authorized firearm per laws and client rules.
• Maintain incident documentation and after-action reports.
• Coordinate with client security teams, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Uphold professional conduct and operational security at all times.
