Diamond Strategic Solutions is a California-licensed private security firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families and executives. The Residential Security Team (RST) Agent provides protection at a private estate and critical support to the broader protective security detail.

This position is for a seasoned professional who can operate independently, communicate with poise, and represent the principal’s household with absolute discretion. The role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 10+ years of combined security experience with military and/or law enforcement.
• Certificate from an executive protection training program.
• Active California BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Mansioni

• Protect principals and properties and maintain discretion.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct perimeter and interior checks.
• Identify threats, respond to emergencies, and monitor social media for risks.
• Coordinate with executive protection and driving elements and staff.
• Deliver first-responder medical care when needed.
• Stay vigilant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
