Biltmore Estate is seeking a Cottage Butler to deliver world-class guest service at the historic Guest Cottage. You will welcome guests, arrange reservations, and coordinate with estate departments to craft a one-of-a-kind experience.

The role requires 2+ years of high-end guest service, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain First Aid/ CPR; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook is expected, with a strong emphasis on privacy and professional etiquette.

Formación

• High school diploma required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred or obtainable.
• At least two years of high-end guest service experience, VIP/similar hotel background a plus.
• Strong commitment to world-class guest service and confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook; quick to learn Biltmore systems and culture.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; anticipates guest needs.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management abilities; detail focused.
• Proactive, discreet, and able to exercise sound judgment in diverse situations.
• Professional demeanor aligned with company values and ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees Cottage staff; assists with training, scheduling, duties, budgeting, and inventory.
• Provides guest reception, handles reservations, logistics, and guest communications.
• Coordinates events, services, and concierge tasks to enhance guest experience.
• Performs table service, meal preparation support, and housekeeping to standards.
• Manages records of supplies, reorders, and reconciles Cottage bills.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional decorum; supports leadership as needed.
• Ensures safe, courteous, and seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
