Feazel Roofing LLC is hiring an Appointment Setter / Route Manager. You will knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and set appointments for roof inspections.

You earn pay when inspections occur and again when claims are filed, with training provided if you have no experience. Top performers can advance to Team Lead in roughly 45 days, and weekly incentives plus trips and promotions are part of the plan.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you from day one.
• Be coachable, work hard, and show up daily.
• Able to stand outdoors and walk neighborhoods while knocking doors.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily morning meetings and team training.
• Ride with your team to assigned areas.
• Identify homes with potential storm or roof damage.
• Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face.
• Schedule free roof inspections with a closer.
• Enter appointments accurately into our CRM.
• Celebrate wins and learn from losses.
