Responsibilities

• Expert spirit knowledge and ability to pair ingredients for balance.
• Maintain precision in bar techniques (smoking, foaming, measuring, layering).
• Develop new menu items and seasonal drinks; craft infusions and batching syrups.
• Create intricate garnishes, choose proper glassware, and explain inspiration to guests.
