The New England Eye Center at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA is seeking a full-time Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery specialist to join our academic-private practice department. The role includes patient care at TMC, teaching residents and medical students, and participating in research across satellite locations.

We value fellowship-trained ophthalmologists with a drive to build a busy clinical practice, contribute to education, and engage in clinical or basic science

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, & Refractive Surgery.
• Desire to build a busy clinical practice.
• Commitment to medical student, resident, and fellow education.
• Interest in basic or clinical science research.
• Massachusetts medical license eligibility.

Responsibilities

• See patients at Tufts Medical Center in Boston.
• Teach residents and medical students.
• Participate in academic research.
• Provide care at satellites and affiliated partner locations.
• Manage a busy cornea/external disease practice.
