A prestigious gymnastics facility in California is seeking enthusiastic coaches to join their Compulsory Program. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the USAG Development Program and prior experience in gymnastics coaching or competition. Qualifications

• Prior experience as a competitive gymnast and/or coaching background required.
• Previous gymnastics coaching experience preferred.
• Former competitive gymnast preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach athletes in the compulsory program following USAG Development Program guidelines.
• Assist in developing skills, routines, and conditioning programs.
• Foster a safe and positive training environment.
