Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and repairs of commercial roofing systems, with an hourly rate of $20-$33 depending on qualifications and responsibilities.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of roofing experience, reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Commercial roofing: all levels; at least 1 year preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install different roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, low-slope).
• Operate trade tools safely (hand and power tools).
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices on site.
• Work outside in various weather conditions and meet physical demands (mobility).
• Climb ladders and handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and colleagues.
