Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-risk training to military personnel.
• Ability to coordinate with SME teams for course delivery and objectives.
• Familiarity with weapons handling, safety procedures, and training aids.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CS COI to cohorts up to twenty students.
• Maintain eligibility for HRT instructor roles and complete screenings.
• Prepare curricula, qualifications, and training materials; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain equipment, perform maintenance on government-furnished gear, and manage range operations.
• Support data entry for course lessons learned and improvements.
