Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair.
• Expertise in frame work, welding, panel repair, and refinishing.
• Proficiency with computerized repair systems and diagnostics.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications? Even better.

Responsibilities

• Perform precise, high-quality repairs on a variety of makes and models.
• Complete accurate damage assessments and follow through with full repair plans.
• Remove and replace damaged panels, frames, and parts using top-tier equipment.
• Ensure all repairs meet OEM and industry safety standards.
• Use modern diagnostic and repair technologies.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production and quality goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Stay current with the latest tools, repair techniques, and industry trends.
