University of California, Riverside seeks a Director of Strength and Conditioning to lead year-round training for about 325 student-athletes across 17 Division I sports. You will build sport-specific programs, monitor health and performance, and collaborate with sports medicine, compliance and coaching staff to drive growth and safety.

In this role you will supervise assistants, interns and volunteers, ensuring education, nutrition and training quality align with NCAA standards and university

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training with a college-level program.
• Masters Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 - 10 years of related experience.
• Previous experience working with Division I student-athletes.
• Advanced interpersonal, motivational and team leadership skills to work effectively with athletic participants, staff and parents.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and exercise principles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strength and conditioning programs for ~325 student-athletes across 17 Division I sports.
• Collaborate with sports medicine, compliance and coaches to support athletes' development.
• Advise and oversee assistant coaches, interns and volunteers in Strength and Conditioning.
