Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking part-time team members for beverage and food service in a high-volume lounge/bar setting. You will welcome guests, present menus, take and enter orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, cocktail/server backgrounds, and the ability to thrive in busy environments; training includes state-of-the-art beverage service and food handling expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Cocktail and/or floor server experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with lounge/bar guests and provides gracious hospitality.
• Anticipates guest needs and delivers professional service.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and suggests items.
• Enters all orders accurately into the POS system.
• Delivers food and beverages to guests and maintains station cleanliness.
• Works as part of a team and supports coworkers and management.
• Follows alcohol service standards and cash handling procedures.
• Assists with opening/closing duties and pre-shift meetings.
