Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a safe, engaging fitness environment for members and guests at our Houston-area clubs. You will supervise programs, educate clients on proper techniques, and tailor personalized plans to individual goals while promoting club services and facilities.

The role emphasizes warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells, with a focus on professional conduct, ongoing certification, and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and lead personalized fitness programs.
• Current personal training certifications listed above.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within last 6 months; group exercise instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fitness areas, supporting members and guests with exercise programs.
• Evaluate fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise programs; provide personal instruction when needed.
• Conduct new Member Fit Start appointments and track progress; promote fitness activities.
• Update fitness activities on club webpages or boards; promote club amenities and services.
• Maintain certifications and seek ongoing education through Invited partnerships.
• Ensure daily duties are completed, maintain club standards, and keep equipment organized.
• Submit monthly forecasts for sessions, Fit Starts and client goals; maintain availability schedule.
