Job summary

Legacy Architects is seeking a high-ticket closer for estate planning attorneys. You will handle 5–8 warm, pre-qualified calls daily, closing on the same day when appropriate and leveraging a proven framework.

You won’t prospect; leads are provided and pre-qualified, with compensation primarily commission-based. Role requires 2+ years closing high-ticket offers on video calls, CRM hygiene, and comfort with a remote-distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years closing high-ticket offers ($3K-$25K) on video calls with verifiable metrics.
• Sell by asking; obtain real answers before moving forward.
• Hold a frame with credentialed professionals without becoming combative.
• Able to remain silent when the investment is stated bluntly.
• CRM hygiene: document everything; nothing happens unless logged.
• Remote-work discipline: quiet space, good connection, camera and mic, calendar kept.

Responsibilities

• Conduct implementation calls with estate planning solos booked by our setters.
• Follow our documented call framework end to end: source and intention, frame, firm background, the three-pillar diagnostic grids, golden question, cost of inaction, lifestyle goal, solutions tried, pain, doubt, clarity, transition, temp check, deliverables, price drop, objections, close.
• Run the math live: meetings per month, conversion rate, current revenue, goals, cost of inaction.
• Handle price- and competitor-based objections cleanly using the framework and the prospect's reality.
• Collect payment on the call and structure payment plans within approved terms.
• Document every call in our tracker/CRM the same day; include notes, price quoted, outcome, firm specifics.
• Run disciplined follow-up on decision-pending calls and no-shows.
• Provide marketing feedback: objections, language used by attorneys, patterns across calls to shape ads/scripts.
