Job summary

Dignity Health is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer to join our cardiovascular imaging team. In this role you will perform state‑of‑the‑art transthoracic echocardiography and related ultrasound procedures to aid diagnosis and guide treatment plans for patients with a range of cardiac conditions.

You will operate imaging equipment, ensure image quality, and adhere to safety standards while delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Three years experience performing ultrasound procedures in outpatient facility or equivalent RDMS RDCS RVT or CCI credential.
• Must possess one of the following credentials: RDCS, RDMS, RVT, or CCI.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic ultrasound procedures per department standards and physician orders.
• Operates all ultrasound equipment, computers and accessories.
• Demonstrates proficiency in film-processing procedures.
