Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a premier, fully integrated cardiovascular institute in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

You will enter a high-volume EP practice with robust APP support, on-site hospital campus, and a strong referral network, offering rapid ramp-up, modern procedural suites, and a favorable call structure for work-life balance. Eligible candidates include graduating CCEP fellows and experienced physicians.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and CCEP.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship.
• Eligible for Indiana medical license and Federal DEA.
• J-1/H-1B sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% focused EP volume within a hospital-employed cardiovascular network.
• Perform complex ablations (AFib, VT, SVT) and device implantations (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT).
• Lead EP procedures with dedicated EP APPs and a broad referral network.
• Maintain high-quality patient care with minimal non-EP administrative tasks.
