Community Health Systems, Inc. seeks a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a premier cardiovascular institute in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

You will enter an immediate, high-volume EP practice with on-site EP labs, strong APP support, and a broad device and ablation program, including LAA closures, with a generous compensation and relocation package. Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology (CCEP).
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship.

Responsabilidades

• Practice 100% focused EP volume with subspecialty electrophysiology.
• Perform complex ablations (AFib, VT, SVT) and device implantations (pacemakers, ICDs, CRT).
• Lead extractions and LAA closures (Watchman/Amulet).
• Robust EP APP support for outpatient consults, device checks, and follow-ups.
• Clinic located on-site at the hospital campus.
