Champions Performance Kitchen in the Dallas Mavericks facility is seeking a Busser & Receiver to support daily dining room operations and manage receiving, inspection, organization, and proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies.

The role requires switching between guest-facing service and back-of-house receiving tasks, maintaining cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, private club, catering, hospitality, or food service environment.
• Experience supporting dining room operations, including table maintenance, cleaning, resetting, and service readiness.
• Strong understanding of receiving procedures, product inspection, storage requirements, and inventory rotation.
• Ability to review purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documentation accurately.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout all dining and guest-facing areas.
• Receive food, beverages, and supplies according to established procedures; verify against orders and invoices.
• Inspect products for quality, temperature, and condition; report shortages or issues.
• Organize walk-in coolers and storage areas; ensure accurate inventory records.
