You will handle demo, framing, light plumbing, installation, and finish work on residential spaces, with materials pre-ordered and staged for quick turnover. Join a high-volume division with consistent year-round opportunities.

Qualifications

• Deep background in bathroom remodeling or finish carpentry.
• Mastery of frame carpentry, precise measuring, clean caulking.
• Ability to interpret project schematics, troubleshoot on the fly, and work independently.
• Strong communication and five-star customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Demo & Prep: tear out old tubs/showers down to framing.
• Frame Carpentry: measure, cut, and fit materials for solid installations.
• Light Plumbing: re-route valves, install drains, connect fixtures.
• Precision Install: install high-end bath replacement units and fixtures to spec.
• Master Finish: apply caulking and trim, ensure watertight surfaces.
• Customer Delight: leave site clean and guide homeowners through the finished bath.
