Job summary

The Renaissance Hotel – Cincinnati downtown is hiring Banquet servers and Banquet Bartenders to support weddings and corporate events during the busy season. Full- and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness while delivering friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet service preferred.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and stand for long periods.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders and serve wine/champagne.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tables.
• Transport supplies to bar setup area.
• Process payments as needed and count cash if required.
• Secure liquor, beers, wines, and storage areas.
• Complete closing duties and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety policies and maintain professional appearance.
• Welcome guests and provide attentive service.
