Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate banquet events from start to finish.
• Assist with hiring and training all banquet staff, scheduling and monthly meetings.
• Supervise setup of functions, linens, silver, china and glassware per event specs.
• Visually inspect function rooms and equipment for cleanliness and inventory.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales and operations teams for successful events.
