Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Refinish Technician to deliver high-quality refinishing work and exceptional customer experience. You will mix, color match, and refinish vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced shop.

The role requires 2-5+ years of collision repair experience, a strong focus on quality, and the ability to work with production schedules. Comprehensive benefits and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to complete all refinishing steps.
• Above average quality focus.
• High production capabilities.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality and completeness in paint department.
• Mix, color match, and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations as described in the work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and use safely.
• Wear all required safety equipment and dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Attend daily production meetings with the team.
• Collaborate with production schedule and coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
