Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Refinish Technician to deliver high‑quality refinishes and restore vehicles to pre‑accident condition. You will mix and color match paints, apply finishes, and ensure accurate work orders while observing safety protocols and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ to 5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to complete all steps in the refinishing process.
• Above average quality focus and efficiency in a busy body shop.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality in the paint department.
• Mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle to pre-accident condition.
• Complete refinishing operations as described in the work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team during daily production meetings.
