Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS or CSCCA SCCC certification; BLS/CPR with AED.
• Minimum 3 years designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletic teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of Army standards and regulations related to H2F (FM 7-22, AFT, CFT, AR 600-9, AR 350-1).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide integrated H2F support.
• Participate in meetings with Government personnel to synchronize HPT efforts with the Yearly Training Calendar.
