Job summary

Security Officer position at Securitas Critical Infrastructure Services, Inc. is responsible for protecting client property, visitors, and personnel at a high profile site. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents, with armed options as dictated by protocol and training.

Responsibilities include controlling access, patrolling, log keeping, hazard identification, and ensuring a safe environment while upholding client expectations and company policies.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; armed security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Controls access to client site through admittance process and screens visitors.
• Responds to emergencies with escalation of force as required by protocol.
• Patrols site on foot or vehicle and checks for hazards or unauthorized access.
• prepares logs/reports and enters information using standard grammar.
• Maintains professional conduct and provides courteous interactions with clients.
• Monitors entrances/exits and governs movement of people and vehicles.
• Protects evidence or scenes in incidents and coordinates with authorities as needed.
• Complies with safety rules and company policies; notifies supervisors of unsafe conditions.
