Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of armed security experience or related law enforcement background.
• Active Florida Class 'D' Security Officer License.
• Active Florida Class 'G' Statewide Firearm License.
• DES standards compliance including physical fitness, agility, and firearms proficiency.
• U.S. Citizenship or legally authorized to work in the U.S. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access control at entry points and patrols of the residential community.
• Coordinate with DES during daily operations, training, and emergency response.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies with established protocols.
• Maintain detailed daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Represent the security team with integrity and high professional standards.
