North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a full-time position at Crouse Health Hospital in Syracuse, NY. The role involves providing comprehensive anesthesia care, pre-anesthesia evaluations, and collaborative planning with surgeons and OR staff.

The opportunity offers a total rewards package including a $600K salary, $25K OB call, and a $100K sign-on, along with fully paid malpractice coverage and loan repayment assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution and completion of anesthesiology residency are required.
• Board eligibility or certification is required.
• Current medical licensure and applicable certifications (ECFMG/FLEX if applicable) are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiological condition and perform necessary interventions.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
