Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Incumbents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue and track visitor badges using computer systems.
• Greet visitors with expert customer service.
• Direct visitors and employees to destinations.
• Escort visitors as needed and perform security duties.
• Maintain access control procedures and positive identification.
• Support weekly/monthly reports as required.
• Work overtime and rotating 8-hour shifts for 24/7 coverage.
• Knowledge of SCI/security processes; DISS/JPAS is helpful.
