Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, or military is desirable.

• Must have a valid state registration/license/permit.
• Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services at assigned locations with observation and reporting focus.
• Conduct foot, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as required.
• Identify and report threats, hazards, or emergencies.
• Prepare detailed incident and DAR reports.
• Follow Post Orders and Use of Force policies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain attendance, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Participate in orientation and training programs.
