Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a lab-based role to support routine bioanalytical testing, including ELISA and plate-based assays, with hands-on experiments that advance animal health product development.

Responsibilities include preparing samples, running assays, analyzing data, and maintaining high-quality documentation within a collaborative R&D environment. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Compensation: $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Hands-on experience performing, optimizing, and troubleshooting plate-based assays.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting data.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute sample testing using immunoassay techniques including ELISA and plate-based assays.
• Prepare samples, standards, controls, and reagents for ELISA and related testing.
• Perform accurate pipetting to support assay execution.
• Organize, interpret, and present experimental data to support project advancement.
• Collaborate with scientists to share learnings and drive portfolio projects.
