Job summary

Leidos seeks an Electronics Warfare Analyst to support national EW and mission-planning databases at Joint Base San Antonio–Lackland. You will lead technical efforts across workflows, acting as a primary expert in EW/ELINT and collaborating across multi‑INT teams.

Responsibilities include developing data standards for JMPS, advising on data collection, and coordinating CSDB/JMPS data feeds with ICWG stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years; other years may substitute for a degree.
• Current Top Secret SCI Security clearance.
• Background in Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) with emphasis on TechELINT.
• Familiarity with the intelligence analysis community, including DIA, MSIC, and ONI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and quality-control data standards and schemas for the Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS).
• Advise Government stakeholders on how to collect and process data sets; develop automated tools when feasible.
• Develop and coordinate requirements for analytical tools to exploit single-INT and multi-INT data.
• Ensure CSDB studies are formatted and delivered per JMPS community standards.
• Support mission-planning systems by ensuring accurate CSDB and JMPS data feeds.
