Job summary

Cyntel Technologies, LLC, at Joint-Base San Antonio, Lackland Texas, seeks an ELINT Warfare Analyst (Mission Planner) to conduct in-depth engineering assessments of radar and weapons systems supporting national EW and mission planning databases. You will manage JMPS-backed software products and contribute to data standards, CSDB migrations, and enterprise integration.

The role requires Air Force ISR and Mission Planning experience, plus the ability to lead teams, collaborate across IC partners,

Qualifications

• Requires Air Force ISR experience and Mission Planning experience.
• Experience with Standoff Munitions, Air to Ground Munitions, Decoys, Jamming Effectiveness and related CAF environments.
• Ability to conduct ELINT data analysis and correlate multiple intelligence disciplines.
• Capable of independent work and delivering concise defense intelligence products.
• Proven collaboration across teams and IC members to drive collection and resolve disputes.

Responsibilities

• Perform development and quality control of data standards and schemas for JMPS.
• Advise on data gathering and processing methods; develop automated toolsets when possible.
• Develop requirements for tools to enhance analytical processes using INT or multi-INT data.
• Ensure CSDB studies are properly formatted for JMPS deliverables.
• Support CSDB/JMPS feeds to ACC CAF mission planning systems.
• Coordinate with ICWG to align end-user data requirements.
• Provide functional support to develop, disseminate, and database threat data; adhere to guidelines.
• Maintain consistency across ACC ISR units and manage Intel Security Markings.
