Job summary

Leidos is seeking a 24/7 ELINT Signals Analyst to collect, interpret, and analyze radar emissions, communications signals, and other electronic data to identify foreign capabilities and provide critical insights for threat assessment.

The role requires strong report writing and briefing skills, collaboration with intelligence professionals, and a track record in ELINT tools, processing techniques, and SIGINT methodologies.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience in ELINT collection, processing, and analysis or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Proven experience and proficiency with ELINT Signals Intelligence collection tools and techniques.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship.
• Proficiency in multiple types of SIGINT collection or technical work at customer sites.
• Experience with SIGINT tasking, collection, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools.
• Knowledge of specific customer requirements and intelligence oversight policies.
• Ability to evaluate and document system inaccuracies and identify improvements.
• Completion of SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810 Courses

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analyses of electronic signal data, prepare detailed reports and briefings to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Work closely with other intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and support joint intelligence operations.
• Contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies to enhance our capabilities by staying apprised of advancements in electronic systems and signal processing technologies
• Interact with collection managers, collection operators, and analysts on new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies
• Collaborate with national and tactical collection and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and operational requirements
