Job summary

Leidos is seeking a 24/7 ELINT Signals Analyst to analyze radar emissions, communications signals, and other electronic data to identify foreign capabilities. You will produce detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations for stakeholders and work closely with intelligence professionals and government agencies.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 4–8 years of ELINT experience, or a Master’s with 2–6 years, and possess TS/SCI with a polygraph and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4-8 years of ELINT collection, processing, and analysis, or a Master’s with 2-6 years of experience.
• Proven experience with ELINT signals intelligence collection tools and techniques.
• Ability to work a 24/7 shift rotation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with leaders across the site.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of electronic signal data and prepare detailed reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with intelligence professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to support joint operations.
• Assist in developing new analytical tools and methodologies in signal processing technologies.
• Interact with collection managers, operators, and analysts on analytic methods and collection strategies.
• Collaborate with national and tactical collection elements to advance target development.
