Job summary

Geo Owl is seeking a seasoned ELINT training lead at Hurlburt Field to develop and update the ELINT curriculum and training materials for AFSOC. You will coordinate with AFSOC units and ELINT organizations to share best practices and ensure interoperability.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies and at least five years of combined ELINT and instructional systems design experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum 5 years combined hands-on electronic intelligence (1N2X1A) and Instructional Systems Design experience.
• Strong analytical and executive-level verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and updates ELINT curriculum and training materials (syllabi, lesson plans, and practical exercises).
• Coordinates with AFSOC units to identify training needs and share best practices; liaises with joint, Air Force, and SOCOM ELINT orgs.
