  • OR have an Associate’s degree.
  • OR 60 semester or 90 quarter hours of collegecan substitute for the experience
  • Minimum of two years of processing experience in the ESS program as an Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist I or an Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialist II (Eligibility Specialist I or Eligibility Specialist II.)
  • Must be willing to travel.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is professional work supervising Economic Self-Sufficiency Specialists. The primary duty of this position is to communicate with, motivate, train and evaluate employees' performance; plan and direct

their work; and to lead their team in such a manner that it enhances customer service and the goals of the agency.
