State of Maine seeks an Eligibility Specialist I to determine MaineCare eligibility and benefits for residents across Calais, Ellsworth, Machias, or Bangor. You will review applications, verify data, and clearly explain rules to applicants by phone or letter.

This is a hybrid in-state role with a focus on customer service, accuracy, and teamwork. Minimum qualifications include a two-year combination of trainings, education, and/or experience in health or human services.
