Savista is seeking an Eligibility Specialist II, Field Rep to conduct in-home visits and guide patients and families through eligibility for Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and charity programs. You will be the patient’s advocate, coordinating with hospitals and agencies to secure funding and resolve coverage issues.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel within the assigned market up to 80%.

Pay Range: $22.00-23.00 per hour*
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

As an Eligibility Specialist 2, you’ll get to make a difference in patients’ lives every day! You will be a lifeline for patients navigating some of the most stressful moments of their healthcare journey. In this role, you’ll meet directly with patients and families in their home, listen to their stories, and help them access financial assistance programs that can remove barriers to receiving essential medical care.
This role goes beyond the basics of eligibility screening. You’ll use your compassion, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities to guide patients’ step‑by‑step through complex applications for Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and hospital charity programs. You’ll take ownership of cases that require deeper investigation, coordination with hospitals and agencies, and see them through to resolution. Every interaction you have helps someone understand their options, feel supported, and move forward with confidence. In addition, you may provide coverage across multiple hospital locations within your assigned region and support the onboarding or training of colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
