Savista is seeking an Eligibility Specialist II, Field Rep. to join our team in Camden, NJ. This full-time role requires in-home visits, in-person eligibility screenings, and coordination with hospitals and agencies to secure funding for patients.
You will guide families through Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and charity programs with empathy and accuracy. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, English/Spanish proficiency, and 2+ years in customer-facing roles.

As an Eligibility Specialist 2, you’ll get to make a difference in patients’ lives every day! You will be a lifeline for patients navigating some of the most stressful moments of their healthcare journey. In this role, you’ll meet directly with patients and families in their home, listen to their stories, and help them access financial assistance programs that can remove barriers to receiving essential medical care. This role goes beyond the basics of eligibility screening. You’ll use your compassion, communication skills, and problem‑solving abilities to guide patients’ step‑by‑step through complex applications for Medicaid, Medicare, disability, and hospital charity programs. You’ll take ownership of cases that require deeper investigation, coordination with hospitals and agencies, and see them through to resolution. Every interaction you have helps someone understand their options, feel supported, and move forward with confidence. In addition, you may provide coverage across multiple hospital locations within your assigned region and support the onboarding or training of colleagues by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
