This position is located in Albany, Dougherty, County.
The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) subsidized program is a state work experience program designed to provide those who meet TANF eligibility requirements with real life work experience. Interested applicants are not required to currently or have ever received TANF benefits; just meet the eligibility requirement. TANF eligibility requirements are one qualifying child under the age of 18 and gross household income under the 300% Federal Poverty Level guideline for household size. This program is not geared for long term employment. These positions are time-limited and based on available funding. SALARY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE FOR THIS POSITION.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED and six (6) months of related customer contact/interaction experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who, in addition to meeting the TANF eligibility requirements, the minimum qualifications and demonstrates some or all the following skills/experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Word and Excel and/or standard software applications typically used in a corporate office environment.
