• Write the Analytical Thinking runbook the next hire wishes they had.
• Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Show up for the unglamorous general maintenance nobody volunteers for.
• Keep a steady hand on DigitalWave accounts when volume spikes.
