Elevator Technician - Ohio

Up to $124,000 per annum

A well-known elevator business are currently looking to expand their field team and are recruiting for an experienced Elevator Technician in Ohio. Your job as an Elevator Technician will involve the following...

• Carrying out complex maintenance, servicing and repair of elevator systems and associated equipment
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults and completing necessary repairs
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure safe operation
• Conducting annual testing of safety devices and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
• Assisting with equipment assessments, upgrades and new installations
• Providing a high level of service when dealing with clients on site

The ideal candidate will have...

• Proven experience working as an elevator technician
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Elevator Mechanic License or Certified Elevator Technician qualification
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience using hand tools, electrical testing equipment and lifting/rigging equipment
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to work on an on-call basis
